Youth Speed School
Monday through Thursday at 5pm
$200 per month unlimited or $30 drop-ins
This class focuses on speed mechanics and efficient COD patterns (Change of Direction). Your athlete will learn the basics of on-field (or court, track, ice, etc) movement. We aim to teach, encourage and help apply training principles to your athletes every day actions in sport.
Whether your athlete is advanced or in the beginning stages of sports performance, our staff has experience working with athletes of all ages and all sports. Our coaches provide an hour long class consisting of a warm-up, teaching, application and fun/friendly competition!
Elite Speed School
Tuesday & Thursday at 4pm
$150 per month unlimited or $30 drop-ins
Here we focus on the mechanics and principles of speed and agility. Our goal is to help implement proper movement patterns for all of our athletes regardless of sport.
This class is a 60 minute session consisting of a dynamic warm-up, different types of SAQ (Speed/Agility/Quickness) training and conditioning proponents to finish. Looking to dominate the competition in the upcoming season? Look no further than Elite Speed School at LVSP!
Adult Boot Camp
Monday through Thursday at 6pm
$99 per month unlimited or $25 drop-ins
Come join us for our 6pm Adult Bootcamp (18+) as you work through an innovative gauntlet of exercises just like our athletes do.
During the hour you’ll experience a variety of HIIT, Strength & Conditioning and Movement Training similar to the programs our athletes are put through. If you’re looking for a fun, energetic and family style environment this class is IT!

Las Vegas Speed and Performance focuses on Speed, Agility, and Functional Strength. The Program is specially designed to make players faster, more agile, and stronger. With sessions focusing on proper running form, explosion, cutting, as well as strength and endurance, awareness, and recovery.
1 on 1 Personal Training:
10 Session $800 or $80 a session
20 Session $1300 or $65 a session
Small Group Training:
5 or less clients in a group
2x a week $400 a month
3x a week $500 a month
4x a week $600 a month
12 kids max per session
