Fit Soccer is a complementary strength and conditioning training program focused on five elements:

Endurance – Develop a suitable aerobic base.
Strength – Functional exercises to build strong muscle groups.
Speed – Improve explosiveness as a definite competitive edge.
Agility – Move easily in a wide range of motion.

With the core focus on general athletic principals and sport specific movements and strength work, every athlete will come out as a better, more well-rounded athlete.
