Fuzion5 Athletics focuses on Speed, Agility and Functional Strength. Our programs are specially designed to make players faster, more agile and stronger. With sessions focusing on proper running form, explosion, cutting, as well as strength and endurance, awareness and recovery.

8 Week Speed & Strength Program

This program is built as a structured training season focused on athletic performance development for multi-sport athletes. It combines principles from field sport performance, sprint mechanics, and functional strength training to help athletes improve speed, power output, movement efficiency, and overall athleticism.

Speed & Agility Juniors

Our Junior Speed and Agility class is a 50 minute, high-energy session designed to build the athletic foundation every young athlete needs, no matter their sport or experience. Parents get structure, development, and value. Kids get movement, confidence, and fun that actually teaches them something.
