Elite 5 Soccer Academy Monthly Membership
Ages 7 and up / Begins June 2026
(just in time for Summer)
Monthly membership with auto pay that provides training access and member discounts across Elite 5 and select Fuzion programs.
What’s Included
• Unlimited Elite 5 Soccer Academy classes within the player’s age/skill level.
• Registration into Fuzion 5 Juniors or Fuzion 5 Middle School Speed and Strength Program (limited to 1 class registration within the player’s age group).
• Unlimited GK vs Striker clinics.
• Individual Development Plan (IDP) once every 8 weeks.
Member Discounts
• 20% off Camps, Clinics, and Youth Leagues (the player would register for the camp, clinic, or league and the discount will be applied at checkout).
• 20% off Merchandise/Apparel, including PlayerMaker (the discount will be added by the front desk staff at time of purchase).
Fees Not Included
The Annual Facility Membership and Annual Program Specific Registration Fee.
Class Use & Scheduling Policy
• Monthly auto-pay.
• Classes must be used during the month following the payment.
• Missed classes do not roll over to a new month.
• Players must register for the classes they plan to attend so we can monitor capacity and ensure the proper coach-to-player ratio and field space are allocated.
• Players must provide a 24-hour cancellation notice or a no-show fee of $25 may be charged. Multiple no-shows will result in removal from Unlimited Monthly Membership.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• To cancel, respond to the monthly email reminder and request cancellation.
• Cancellations must be requested prior to the monthly renewal.
Note: Program offerings and class group placement are based on age and skill level. Does not apply to Lil’ Kickers, Skills Institute, Elite 5 101, Field Rentals, Birthday Parties or any programs / memberships not specifically listed in “What’s Included”.
How to purchase a Membership:
1. Create an account / Log in and click on Memberships & Passes.
2. Click on Add Membership.
3. Select Elite 5 Monthly Membership – Unlimited and click on Add to Cart.
Once the membership is active, the player would then go into the Elite 5 Soccer Academy, Goalkeeper vs Striker Clinics, Fuzion 5 Speed & Strength Middle School / High School or Fuzion 5 Speed and Agility Juniors class to register for their classes. At checkout the price will be zeroed out.
