
Speed & Agility Juniors
Our Junior Speed and Agility class is a 50 minute, high-energy session designed to build the athletic foundation every young athlete needs, no matter their sport or experience. Parents get structure, development, and value. Kids get movement, confidence, and fun that actually teaches them something.

What Parents Can Expect
• A structured 50 minute session designed by coaches who specialize in youth development.
• A blend of fun and education so kids stay excited while learning foundational athletic skills
• Training that supports all sports, soccer, basketball, baseball, football, dance, martial arts, and more.
• Improvements in speed, balance, coordination, strength, and overall confidence.
• A positive, encouraging environment where kids build habits that support them for years

What to Expect Each Session
1. Athletic Warm-Up
We start by teaching kids how to move while keeping it playful.
Dynamic mobility, balance challenges, and coordination games lay the groundwork for safer, smarter movement.
2. Foundational Speed Work
Kids learn the building blocks of speed through simple, kid-friendly coaching:
• Acceleration technique
• Deceleration control
• Change-of-direction patterns
• Reaction drills for quickness
We teach speed in a way that feels like fun but builds real athletic skill.
3. Agility and Movement Games
This is where the fun really meets development:
• Color-reaction games
• Tag variations
• Footwork ladders
• Mirror drills
These sharpen body awareness, brain-to-body connection, and decision-making, all disguised as games.
4. Strength and Stability Training
Age-appropriate, safe strength work focusing on:
• Core strength
• Balance
• Bodyweight movements
• Light resistance when ready
The goal is to build stronger, more confident kids who understand how to control their bodies.
5. Athletic Finisher
A fast, fun challenge that pulls the whole session together, relays, agility circuits, or teamwork tasks that teach effort, resilience, and problem-solving.
